About the event
I invite you to join me for my Summer Solstice yoga retreat in one of my favourite places on earth. Here is a rough outline of the schedule you can expect. Please note this description of the week is to give a flavour of the extra activities, walks, talks and visits on offer. There is flexibility to adapt to the interests and energies of the group and of course the weather! Also, this is your retreat - everything is optional so you take what you need for you.
Each day there will be the option of an exclusively vegetarian or meat/fish option using local products whenever possible.
Saturday Arrival day
5 p.m Group transfer from the airport. Please arrive into Malaga by 4p.m.
19.00h Welcome to Mairena. Short orientation walk round the village up to ancient threshing circles and lookout point.
