Corporate Yoga explained

Yoga is a form of physical and mental training concerned with bringing the body, mind, and emotions into harmony. It is an ancient discipline, believed to have been developed by sages in India over 5,000 years ago. Today it is practised by tens of millions of people around the world as a way to keep fit and relieve stress.

 

Our fun and accessible classes incorporate movement, breathwork and guided relaxation. You can expect fun and varied sequences and lots of feel-good stretches to ease tension and create space in the shoulders, spine and hips. All of our classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.

 

It’s our promise that you’ll leave your yoga sessions feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and energised, with fresh perspective and clarity for the rest of the day.  The work atmosphere lightens, and team spirit improves which naturally benefits the entire workplace, not just those who’ve been in the class.

We suggest wearing loose or stretchy clothes that allow for easy movement.

On a physical level we work to build strength and resilience as well as flexibility. On a mental level you will achieve a moving meditation the benefits of which will stay with you all day and possibly for days to come.
