Whether you are an advanced yogi or a complete beginner one-on-one sessions are a great way to either dig deep or start your practice. It's a wonderful and effective way to open and heal your body emotionally and/or physically as well as to build strength and connect with your body, mind and spirit.

What to expect

  • In the initial lesson we discover what you would like to achieve in your 1-1’s

  • A personal yoga programme will be designed to suit your needs and aims and each week we will help you to build on your practice.

  • You will receive a personalised handout tailored to your needs that includes easy to follow postures and techniques to work on at home


Private yoga lessons can be particularly helpful for:

  • Coping with stress and anxiety

  • If you have an illness or physical impediment we can work to adapt traditional poses so you can still gain maximum benefits from them.

  • Core strength development

  • As a counterbalance to high impact sport

  • Recovery from illness, progressing gently and systematically

  • Support alongside allopathic medicine

  • Improving limited mobility

  • Pregnancy yoga

£40 for a single yoga lesson or £180 for 5 lessons (saving £20) to be used within 6 months.

Please note that if you need to cancel there is a 24 hour cancellation policy with a 50% charge applied if not cancelled before this.
