Whether you are an advanced yogi or a complete beginner, one-on-one sessions are a great way to either dig deep or start your practice.  Yoga is a wonderfully effective way to open and heal your body emotionally and/or physically. Build strength and connect with your mind, body and spirit.

What to expect:

  • In the initial lesson we discover what you would like to achieve in your one-to-one sessions

  • A personal yoga programme will be designed to suit your needs and aims and each week we will help you to build on your practice.

  • You will receive a personalised handout tailored to your needs that includes easy to follow postures and techniques to work on at home.


Private yoga lessons can be particularly helpful for:

  • Coping with stress and anxiety

  • If you have an illness or physical impediment we can work to adapt traditional poses so you can still gain maximum benefits from them

  • Core strength development

  • As a counter-balance to high impact sport

  • Recovery from illness - progressing gently and systematically

  • Support alongside conventional medicine

  • Improving limited mobility

  • Pregnancy and post natal.
