Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat - FULLY BOOKED!

I invite you to gather for this weekend retreat at the beautiful Holwell Holistic Retreat Centre, nestled into stunning North Devon countryside.

Holwell is welcoming, homely and completely peaceful. It has a cosy, large shared lounge, lovingly furnished twin bedrooms and Private bedrooms (King Size Bed), five acres of lovely garden and woodland, and a luxury yoga studio with underfloor heating.

About the retreat:

​Explore restorative and rejuvenating morning and evening yoga and breath practices (pranayama) to nourish body and mind.  On Saturday there is a breathtaking guided coastal walk, (option to stay at Holwell for a massage or other therapy). In the evening there will be a hot and cold immersion in the Sauna Garden and (optional!) outdoor plunge showers. Afterwards we’ll enjoy a fire circle in the garden and we’ll sit together under the stars surrounded by nature.  Trees and shrubs circle you whilst the stars illuminate the night…
