Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that originated in India thousands of years ago. In Sanskrit the word Yoga means to completely know yourself and to be at peace in yourself.  The asanas (physical postures) were seen as a gateway to knowing oneself and experiencing the oneness and interconnectedness of all things.

As you get deeper into your yoga practice you will see how yoga helps to stabilise and strengthen both your mind and body.  You will quickly experience more flow, abundance and happiness in your day to day life!

No matter what your size or shape, level of fitness or whether you have ever tried yoga before, you are welcome!  It is our aim to make yoga as accessible as possible and a wonderful empowering experience for all. Classes are designed and adapted to suit all needs whether you are a total novice or a more experienced student. You will be supported to develop your practice step by step  and encouraged to explore challenges suitable for the level you are at.  Our approach is individualised and tailored to your particular needs.  With this tailored approach each participant is able to achieve maximum benefits and build up their practice safely and sustainably.
